Pilates Fit Club Offers a Variety of OPEN LEVEL Classes 5x days a week to all classes on the schedule. Come and Enjoy the benefits of a personalized program. This Setting is Perfect for those with injuries or specific areas of focus (like scoliosis or unevenness within the body. The class format will incorporate the Pilates Tower Reformer, Pilates Wunda Chair, and Standing Tower, including mat exercises using the Pilates Ring, Pilates Ball, Pilates Weighted Ball, and Pilates Flex Bands.
These classes will be educational and fun, using a circuit-style format to accommodate all levels.
