Thai Massage 90 Minutes
Thai Massage 90 Minutes
This Ancient massage practice is generally done while the participant is in loose, comfortable clothing and is traditionally performed on a massage mat or firm mattress on the floor. Generally, the participant is positioned in a variety of yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, while the masseuse or practitioner applies rhythmic pressure on the sen lines in a gentle rocking motion that puts your mind and body at ease. The practitioner leans on the recipient's body using hands, forearms, knees, and feet to apply firm rhythmic pressure. In some positions, hands fixate the body, while the feet do the massaging action. This may include rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body, pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking the knuckles, walking on the recipient's, and manipulating the recipient's body into many different positions. A full Thai massage session can typically last two hours, but generally, most people only have time for an hour. There are a standard procedure and rhythm to the massage, which the practitioner will adjust to fit each individual client.
